Gerson Elias joined the Josie's Closet Board in 2026 and leads our Fundraising Committee. Gerson has a passion for giving back to the community and has previously served on other non-profit boards like the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) DC Chapter and as President of the University of Maryland's Latinx Alumni Network. He is currently a manager at KPMG LLP leading strategic programs and initiatives to enhance the employee experience. In his prior role, Gerson delivered end-to-end eDiscovery services to Fortune 500 companies. He enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with family, and growing in fellowship with his church community.
